Los Globos de Oro anunciaron esta mañana su lista de nominaciones para su edición 2021.
La septuagésima octava entrega de los Globos de Oro marcan el inicio de la temporada de premios. Además ofrece una clara indicación de qué películas y programas de televisión obtendrán buenos resultados en otras premiaciones.
Películas de Netflix como The Trial of the Chicago 7 y Mank obtuvieron nominaciones a Mejor Película – Drama. Junto a The Father, Nomadland y Promising Young Woman. Por otra parte, en la categoría de Mejor Director, Spike Lee ha sido nominado por Da 5 Bloods y Chloé Zhao por Nomadland.
Algunos de los nombres para Mejor Actor y Mejor Actriz en la categoría de Drama van desde Riz Ahmed en Sound Of Metal hasta Viola Davis en Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. También Vanessa Kirby en Pieces Of A Woman hasta el fallecido Chadwick Boseman (Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom).
En las categorías de televisión, The Crown, Lovecraft Country y Ozark han recibido nominaciones por Drama. Normal People y The Queen’s Gambit, entre otros, fueron reconocidos en la categoría de Mejor Serie o Película Realizada para Televisión.
La entrega de premios en se transmitirá en vivo desde el hotel The Beverly Hilton, California, el 28 de febrero de 2021. Tina Fey y Amy Poehler serán las anfitrionas de la ceremonia desde sus hogares en Nueva York y Los Ángeles, respectivamente.
